The Inspector of Schools.
The Inspector of Schools will be ex officio a member and Secretary of the Advisory Committee.

All communications between the Hongkong Technical Institute and Government will pass through the Inspector of Schools.

Should any question arise between the Director and a lecturer as to the admission of any student to the lectures, the matter will be submitted to the Inspector of Schools whose decision will be final.
The classes will be subject to regular inspection by the Inspector of Schools and an Annual Report on them will be made by him to Government.
The arrangements for examinations for certificates (and diplomas if granted) will be made by the Inspector of Schools.
C. The Advisory Committee.
The Advisory Committee will consist of not more than 7 members appointed by the Governor.
All proposed changes in Regulations must be submitted for the approval of The Advisory Committee through the Inspector of Schools.
The prospectus will be submitted through the Inspector of Schools for the approval of the Advisory Committee before publication.
Regulation III. The subjects of Instruction are as follows:-

4. Electricity and Magnetism.
5. Applied Mechanics. 6. Practical Mathematics.
